We invest in start-ups and early-stage companies, with high growth and future funding potential, at their earliest stages. Our primary focus is on tech and tech-enabled companies headquartered in the 12 county Piedmont Triad. Our team and investors work closely with entrepreneurs to build scalable businesses.

Our Approach
Start-ups/Early-stage Companies
Companies with market tested products (beta or customers), a leadership team that can execute on the business model and attractive potential investor return. Companies can expect us to work closely with them to scale their business through introductions and partnership development.
Piedmont Triad based Companies
Companies located in the 12 county Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina.
Lead Investment or Co-Investment
We can lead an investment for companies raising their first round of capital. We will also co-invest in companies raising traditional Seed and Series A rounds with other investors.
Our transaction size ranges from $25,000 – $150,000 with possible add-ons from our LPs.
